Position: Heavy Wrecker Operator
Location: Castle Hayne, North Carolina
Job Description:
Operate heavy-duty wreckers to provide towing and transport services to our customers.
Ensure the safe and efficient loading, transportation, and unloading of vehicles and equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all parties involved.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent Prompt Towing Service in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Previous towing experience is required.
Experience operating heavy wreckers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
